The room was comfortable and cozy, and the restaurant served delicious food. We recently had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was central to all the attractions in the south of the Black Forest. We were able to easily explore the Feldberg area and everything else the region had to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we felt warm and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The restaurant served delicious food and the service was top-notch. We also enjoyed spending time in the leisure spa and wellness centre, which offered a range of treatments and facilities. our experience at this venue exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to family and friends.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in the Southern Black Forest region and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and I found the hotel facilities to be fantastic. Additionally, the location was central to a lot of lovely attractions in the area, including the Feldberg area and other parts of the Black Forest. The breakfast was also a highlight of my stay, providing a wide selection of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

Nothing is perfect in life, but I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

We were central to all the attractions in the beautiful south Black Forest area. the spacious rooms had stunning views of the surrounding countryside, with lovely big bathrooms. the staff were exceptional and very attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious, and we loved the soup and salad bar at dinner. the fantastic pool area, garden, terrace, and spa were perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a busy day exploring.

We did find the location a bit noisy, with traffic from the nearby petrol station and road disturbing our peaceful evenings.

Great for families and beautiful surroundings the hotel's family, friendly atmosphere was a definite plus for our Easter vacation. Our room had a fully equipped kitchenette, which was perfect for preparing meals for our young children. the location was also fantastic, with plenty of scenic hiking trails right outside the door and a nearby lake with restaurants. the pool facilities were well, maintained and enjoyable for the whole family.

The meals were outstanding with traditional dishes that will delight your taste buds. During our stay, they also offered a special feast for the New Year's celebration, it was so festive and enjoyable. The location was superb for exploring the nearby activities, with easy access to ski slopes and hiking trails. We also enjoyed the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate in the spa area, with a sauna, pool, and massage services.

The receptionists were not consistent in their customer service. Some were friendly and helpful, while others offered a cold and unapproachable attitude.
